Fairfield County Council on Aging (FCCOA) & Winnsboro Senior Center

Providing Senior Services to Adults Aged 60+ Who Live in Fairfield County, SC

  • Senior services may be requested by an individual, caregiver, family member, neighbor, church, physician, or human service agency.

  • Fairfield County Council on Aging works closely with other local agencies, physicians and hospitals to coordinate and deliver the highest quality senior services, including:

    • Home delivered meals/Meals on Wheels
    • Senior center activities
    • Home care for homebound seniors
    • Exercise programs
    • Health and nutritional programs

    …and more!

  • Our senior center is a safe place for seniors to gather and engage with their peers.  Senior center activities include arts and crafts, bingo, crochet classes, games, puzzles, computers, exercise classes and more.

  • Home care services are available to assist individuals with household activities that they may no longer be able to do because of limited ability to stoop, bend, or stand for long periods of time. Home care services promote a safe and clean environment for the individual and allows seniors to be able to stay in their own homes longer by preventing early institutionalization.
